This week, we’re excited to share that NCS has some sporty new ambassadors! These fleet-footed footie stars are big believers in the programme we all love. So who are these star signings?
NCS is delivered by English Football League (EFL) clubs across the country, which means young people get the chance to enjoy NCS with the support of football’s finest! Thanks to this partnership, a whole host of player ambassadors are backing NCS in their community. Scroll down to check out the full list!
The EFL has played a big role in helping NCS participants develop key skills, giving them the tools they need to make an impact in their local communities. It’s great to have their continued support not just on the programme, but in supporting teens beyond their NCS journey.
Just recently, Scunthorpe United winger Josh Morris had the chance to meet some inspiring NCS grads who completed the programme at the Irons’ Glanford Park home. Josh said: “I’m delighted and proud to be chosen as an NCS Ambassador. NCS is brilliant. It gives young people the chance to experience a variety of challenges while building new friendships and benefitting the local community. I’m looking forward to getting involved in NCS and meeting the young people on the programme.”
